데이터 삭제 요청
요청하는 방법
- 앱에서 설정 > 공유 코드를 열어 6자리 코드를 확인합니다.
- help@vnamu.com 으로 그 코드를 적어 보냅니다.
- 확인한 뒤 지우고, 처리 결과를 회신합니다. 보통 7일 안에 끝냅니다.
계정이 없는 앱이라 코드가 유일한 식별자입니다. 코드를 알려 주지 않으면 어떤 기록을 지울지 특정할 수 없습니다.
지워지는 것
- 그 코드로 서버에 올려 둔 파티 기록 — 파티 이름, 영웅, 적 트래커, 키워드 체크, 명성, 일지
- 그 코드에 딸린 파티원 기기 목록과 참가 요청 기록
요청을 받으면 즉시 지우고 따로 보관하지 않습니다. 백업본은 30일 안에 함께 사라집니다.
서버에 없는 것
메모와 직접 적어 넣은 키워드, 그리고 앱 설정은 기기에만 있습니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 사라지므로 따로 요청하실 필요가 없습니다.
구독 결제 기록은 App Store 또는 Google Play가 보관합니다. 우리는 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 영수증이 유효한지만 확인합니다.
요청하지 않아도 지워지는 것
마지막으로 저장한 지 1년이 지난 파티 기록은 서버에서 자동으로 지웁니다.

Request data deletion
How to ask
- In the app, open Settings > Share code and note your six-character code.
- Email that code to help@vnamu.com.
- We check it, delete it, and write back. Usually within 7 days.
The app has no accounts, so the code is the only identifier. Without it we cannot tell which record to delete.
What gets deleted
- The party record stored on our server under that code — party name, heroes, enemy tracker, keyword checks, reputation, log
- The list of party devices and any pending join requests for that code
Records are deleted outright, not retained. Backup copies fall away within 30 days.
What is not on our server
Your notes, the keywords you typed in yourself, and your app settings live only on your device. Deleting the app removes them, so there is nothing to request.
Subscription payment records are held by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive payment details — only whether a receipt is valid.
Deleted without asking
A party record is deleted from the server one year after it was last saved.
